Quote Custom Boat Tank

KSH manufactures all of its tanks so quoting and/or making a custom tank is a simple matter of getting some information from our customer.

Measure the available space in your boat to determine the width, height, depth, etc of a tank that will fit in your boat. Use these measurements to design a tank for your boat by filling in the boxes on the drawing below that best fits the general appearance of the tank you need. For quotation purposes the basic dimensions asked on our online quote form will suffice.  Please be sure to provide the contact information so we can contact you with a quote and any questions we may have.

Providing Final Tank Dimensions for a build:

It is important to provide us with as much information as possible when designing your tank for a build. Give the distance from the center of the fitting to one long end and one short end of the tank. Label the fitting as to what it is such as 1-1/2″ OD fill pipe. On a very complicated tank with many angles, please indicate all square corners if any.

Methods for providing build dimensions are:

• Ask KSH to e-mail you an easy-to-use template to design your tank. Fittings and fill are to be drawn in and labeled by the customer. If mounting tabs are needed, they are to be drawn with dimensions for size and placement. Once your template is complete you can e-mail it to info@kshfuelproducts.com or fax it to (928) 680-7379.
• Sketch out your own drawing and e-mail it to info@kshfuleproducts.com or fax it to (928) 680-7379.
• Write dimensions directly on the tank, take clear photos and e-mail them to us at info@kshfuelproducts.com.
• Supply us with a physical template in cardboard. By doing this you can satisfy yourself that the tank can be easily installed and that you can get it in or out of the boat or vehicle. The template can then be marked up with all the relevant fittings and either mail to us flat packed or you can bring it along to the factory to discuss in detail.

For quotation purposes the basic dimensions asked on our online quote form will suffice.
