I bought the 2200 Honda generator box. I contacted the office 8 days ago to place my order and the generator box was delivered by UPS here on east coast today. They began fabricating my generator box within 48 hours after I placed my order and it was then shipped the following day. Could not be happier. The fabrication work is high quality and design is very nice and easy to use. I think the price is fair as compared to another I looked at listed on ebay and Amazon. The design of this box allows for sufficient cooling where I had doubts with the competitors design. In my opinion, this generator box is a great value. Thank you for delivering what was promised on time without hassle. Highly reccommended.
I hate to give a 2 for a well made product and functions as needed BUT THE BIG ISSUE IS A DESIGN FLAW. I specifically asked when inquiring prior to purchase how no one could remove the four bolts at the base that attached the box to the base and was assured that they had a proprietary way that the bolts went in and could not be removed without acces to the inside. When I asked if they would send me a picture, they would not and basically the secret method was just putting nylon nuts on the bolt which was the furthest from what I received. I went forward and purchased and paid shipping to my house, and when it arrived, found that the four bolts in actuality could be removed in less than a couple of minutes to access the entire box and remove the generator. Even when I spoke to Macy, she was unaware of this as now they weld inserts to the base which the bolt threads into. Fast forward to now I ended up taking the entire unit to a metal fab shop where they ground the four inserts off and install bolts and two latches that are only accessible to the inside. KSH did entertain the reimbursement to me, but since I needed this work done in a moments notice, the guy at the fab shop was paid cash to do it ASAP. Even though it was not that much money, they are requiring a receipt which I understand but we should’ve never got to this point. I should have received the product as I was instructed and told originally before ordering.
This is my 3rd tank and every one of them have been great. This was a custom tank/ toolbox combo built to take advantage of the roller canister for my tonneau cover. Upon arrival, they were finishing up some small touches and helped me load it. As we were loading it, it was discovered that my provided dimensions didn't take into account the overhang on the lid. The guys stopped what they were working on and came up with a fix for the issue. Be prepared to wait for awhile to receive your product but it'll be worth the wait.

Highly recommend! This group of people took care of me very well. I ordered a custom generator box and cargo/toolbox for my sprinter van. The company called both times to ensure measurements before making the boxes. Their quality is top notch!

I ordered a custom generator box for a Honda 3000. I paid $150.00 extra to have the box be black powder coated. With shipping spent a total of $700. I received a product in horrific shape, including dents, scuffs and scratches all over it. With paint coming off the edges. After speaking with the company I was assured it must have happened in transit to me. I then sent the box back and waited another month for them to fabricate a new one. Upon receiving the second box I was happy to se wit had more bubble wrap as the first one has nothing but the cardboard box. But was quickly disappointed when this box although without dents has terrible scuff marks and scratches and paint coming off. I was given a refund for the paint job and kept the box because I did not want to send it out again and wait another month for what I’m sure would be a subpar product. The customer service was fine, they were very polite and seemed to try to want to help but the product is not worth the money in the slightest and I can’t imagine wanting to buy from a company that Would package such poor craftsmanship for such a High price tag and think they’re doing right by the customer.
They created a custom box for my two generators that I can now keep locked up while they are running. It makes boondocking in my RV SOOoo much simpler. For a full-timer that is a game changer. They where very accommodating to let me pick up the box on a day when they are normally closed since it worked with my travel schedule and when I would be passing through the area.

Brian and his Personnel were outstanding with my first "Tool Box/Fuel Tank" 2 years ago on my 2018 GMC Sierra. I returned on 12/15/20 for my 2nd custom tank on my 2020 GMC, Long Bed Dually. Brian and his crew fabricated this tank to fit under my "American Truck Cover" tool box/bed cover combo. An absolute exact fit, giving me an additional 95 gallons of fuel. Gauge and switch were placed inside the center console of the vehicle, giving it a clean and professional look. These guys did an outstanding job, building and completing the install all in one day. box didn't lock properly. i Could close lid and lock with key and pick up on the lid and it would come open.. i had to drill a new hole for the lock pin on the lid to line it up correctly.
Brian and his crew at KSH made me an awesome storage box/spare tire carrier for my RZR! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend KSH!
I had a terrible experience working with KSH. They made a generator box for me, but when it eventually arrived the lid would not close because the pin was completely misaligned from the latching mechanism. Very poor workmanship. They also left off the mounting brackets I requested. When I finally got through to someone, he was rude and argued with me. Now I'm left with a very expensive piece of scrap metal. Avoid this business.
